Common questions

How the model works.

Do I pay commission on the bookings I already have?
No. The outcome fee only applies to slots Yuvo fills for you via the AI backstop — off-peak campaigns, cancellation backfill, opponent-matching. Bookings from your own WhatsApp, your own regulars, walk-ins, or the captain self-service page are untouched.
Is the subscription billed in-app?
No. Subscription billing is on the web to keep Yuvo off the App Store and Play Store in-app-purchase tax (Apple Guideline 3.1.5 / Google Play payments policy treat subscription software as taxable, but physical-venue services are exempt). The owner app only logs in an already-paying owner.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The subscription is monthly with no minimum term — cancel any time, you keep your data through the end of the billing period and can export it. Outcome-fee invoices are issued monthly for whatever Yuvo filled that month.
Do you take a cut of payments taken through Yuvo?
Yuvo does not charge a payment-processing fee. Payments run through your own Razorpay account (or your existing UPI / QR), so the money flows venue → player with the standard payment-gateway rate you already pay your processor.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your bookings, customers, captains, and invoices as CSV at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days, then deleted. Refund terms are on the Refunds page.

One thing we’re honest about

We don’t take your customers or a cut of every booking. The outcome fee exists because filling an empty 3pm slot is real revenue you’d have lost without Yuvo. Charging only for the part we earn is the deal.
