For venues

Terms of Service

The deal between us.

What you can do with Yuvo, what we’ll do, what we won’t, and how we handle the things that go wrong. Plain language; legalese only where it has to be legalese.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

01. The short version

Yuvo is software for venue owners. You use it to run your venue — bookings, calendar, tournaments, invoices, customer records. You keep ownership of all your data. We provide the software as-is, with reasonable uptime, and we’ll tell you if anything is going to change. Don’t use it for anything illegal, don’t try to break into other tenants, and pay your subscription on time. That’s the whole thing in one paragraph; the rest of this page is the long version.

02. Your account

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the data you put in, and the actions of anyone you invite as staff or co-owner. We provide account-level access controls — roles, ground-scoped permissions — but the ultimate responsibility for what happens under your login is yours.

You must be 18 or older to operate a Yuvo venue. You must not use Yuvo for any venue that violates the law of the jurisdiction it operates in.

03. What you can do with Yuvo

  • Run as many venues as your subscription tier allows (Free: one property; every paid band: multi-property on one login). Paid plans are priced per property.
  • Share your booking link (/b/:slug) anywhere — WhatsApp groups, Google Business Profile, Instagram bio. The link is yours.
  • Request a full export of your data (CSV) at any time — email support@getyuvo.com and we deliver it within 48 hours. The export is yours to do with as you wish.
  • Cancel any time. No minimum term, no penalty, no “are you sure?” loop.

04. What you cannot do

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to another venue — accidentally or otherwise. Row-level security stops the cross-tenant reads, but trying is still a breach of these terms.
  • Use Yuvo to send spam, harvest data, or impersonate other people or venues.
  • Resell Yuvo as a white-label product without written permission.

05. Subscription and billing

The Free plan is ₹0 with no time limit. Paid plans are billed per property, monthly in advance, at one of three prices set by the property’s monthly booking volume: Small (up to 75 bookings) ₹1,499/month, Medium (76–250) ₹2,999/month, Large (251 or more) ₹4,999/month, plus GST where applicable. All paid bands include the same features; the band affects price only. Your band is agreed with you at signup on the volume you state, is not metered by the Service, and will not be changed mid-cycle — if your volume moves you into a higher band we will raise it with you at a renewal. You can upgrade or downgrade any time; the change applies at the next billing cycle. Yuvo charges no commission, percentage, or per-booking fee on any plan.

Introductory free period: accounts created on or before 31 October 2026 are not charged until 1 February 2027. Where a UPI autopay mandate is authorised at signup, it is authorised for that first charge date; you may revoke it at any time before that date, in which case nothing is owed and the account reverts to the Free plan.

There is no message allowance, message quota, or usage charge of any kind. Yuvo does not send messages on your behalf — every WhatsApp action in the product opens a prefilled chat on your own device that you send yourself — so there is no metered usage to bill you for.

If a payment fails, we retry and email you. After 14 days of failure the account moves to the Free plan — your bookings and calendar keep working; the paid features pause. Nothing is deleted (see the Refund Policy for what happens to fees already paid).

06. Payments and refunds

Refund terms are on the Refund Policy page. The summary: subscriptions are monthly and non-refundable except in cases of material service failure on our side. There are no usage-based or per-booking fees to refund.

07. Uptime and service

We target 99.5% monthly uptime on the owner app, measured at the edge. We do not commit to 99.99% — we’re a small team running real-time features on a serverless stack, and we’d rather be honest than promise what we can’t deliver.

Planned maintenance is announced by email to every active venue owner at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance is announced as soon as we know it’s happening. We do not run a public status page yet; when we do, this clause will name it.

If we miss our uptime target for a full calendar month, you can request a service credit equal to 10% of that month’s subscription. The credit is applied to your next invoice, not refunded as cash.

08. Data and intellectual property

Your data is yours. We claim no rights to your bookings, customer records, captains, invoices, or any other tenant data you create in Yuvo. You can request an export or a deletion at any time. The terms in the Privacy Policy govern what we do with it.

The software is ours. The Yuvo codebase, the Yuvo mark, and the Yuvo dashboard are owned by Yuvo and protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a license to use them; it does not transfer ownership.

09. Disclaimers and liability

Yuvo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Yuvo is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost bookings, lost reputation.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury, and it does not apply where Indian consumer law gives you a right we cannot contract around.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from (a) the data you put into Yuvo, including any captain personal data you collected without proper consent; (b) your use of the captain self-service booking page or any tournament you run through Yuvo; and (c) any breach of these terms by you or your staff.

11. Termination

By you. Cancel any time by emailing billing@getyuvo.com; we action it within one business day. Your data is retained for 90 days, then deleted (except tax records).

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and don’t cure within 14 days of notice, or if we are required to by law. We will tell you before doing this unless the law prohibits it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. We’d rather settle a dispute over a video call than in court, and we’ll make a good-faith effort to do so before either side files.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change anything material — pricing, subscription terms, liability caps, termination rights — we email every active venue owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. The “updated” date at the top moves when that happens.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: legal@getyuvo.com. We respond within 5 business days.
