01. The short version
Yuvo is software for venue owners. You use it to run your venue — bookings, calendar, tournaments, invoices, customer records. You keep ownership of all your data. We provide the software as-is, with reasonable uptime, and we’ll tell you if anything is going to change. Don’t use it for anything illegal, don’t try to break into other tenants, and pay your subscription on time. That’s the whole thing in one paragraph; the rest of this page is the long version.
02. Your account
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the data you put in, and the actions of anyone you invite as staff or co-owner. We provide account-level access controls — roles, ground-scoped permissions — but the ultimate responsibility for what happens under your login is yours.
You must be 18 or older to operate a Yuvo venue. You must not use Yuvo for any venue that violates the law of the jurisdiction it operates in.
03. What you can do with Yuvo
- Run as many venues as your subscription tier allows (Starter: one; Pro: multi-property).
- Share your booking link (
/b/:slug) anywhere — WhatsApp groups, Google Business Profile, Instagram bio. The link is yours. - Export your data as CSV at any time. The export is yours to do with as you wish.
- Cancel any time. No minimum term, no penalty, no “are you sure?” loop.
04. What you cannot do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another venue — accidentally or otherwise. Row-level security stops the cross-tenant reads, but trying is still a breach of these terms.
- Use Yuvo to send spam, harvest data, or impersonate other people or venues.
- Resell Yuvo as a white-label product without written permission.
05. Subscription and billing
The Starter subscription is ₹1,500/month and the Pro subscription is ₹3,500/month, both exclusive of GST. Both are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade or downgrade any time; the change applies at the next billing cycle.
The outcome fee (10% of slot revenue Yuvo fills for you) is billed monthly in arrears, line-item invoiced, payable in INR. The fee is itemised on each monthly statement so you can see exactly which slots contributed.
If a payment fails, we retry the card on file and email you. After 14 days of failure, the account moves to read-only and we send a final notice; after 30 days, the account is suspended. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension (see the Refund Policy for what happens to fees already paid).
06. Payments and refunds
Refund terms for the subscription and the outcome fee are on the Refund Policy page. The summary: subscriptions are monthly and non-refundable except in cases of material service failure on our side; the outcome fee is charged only on actual filled slots and is final once billed.
07. Uptime and service
We target 99.5% monthly uptime on the owner app, measured at the edge. We do not commit to 99.99% — we’re a small team running real-time features on a serverless stack, and we’d rather be honest than promise what we can’t deliver.
Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance on the status page (link from Settings) and by email. Emergency maintenance is announced as soon as we know it’s happening.
If we miss our uptime target for a full calendar month, you can request a service credit equal to 10% of that month’s subscription. The credit is applied to your next invoice, not refunded as cash.
08. Data and intellectual property
Your data is yours. We claim no rights to your bookings, customer records, captains, invoices, or any other tenant data you create in Yuvo. You can export or delete it at any time. The terms in the Privacy Policy govern what we do with it.
The software is ours. The Yuvo codebase, the Yuvo mark, the Yuvo dashboard, and the AI backstop are owned by Yuvo and protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a license to use them; it does not transfer ownership.
09. Disclaimers and liability
Yuvo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Yuvo is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost bookings, lost reputation.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury, and it does not apply where Indian consumer law gives you a right we cannot contract around.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from (a) the data you put into Yuvo, including any captain personal data you collected without proper consent; (b) your use of the captain self-service booking page or any tournament you run through Yuvo; and (c) any breach of these terms by you or your staff.
11. Termination
By you. Cancel from Settings any time. Your data is retained for 90 days, then deleted (except tax records).
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and don’t cure within 14 days of notice, or if we are required to by law. We will tell you before doing this unless the law prohibits it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. We’d rather settle a dispute over a video call than in court, and we’ll make a good-faith effort to do so before either side files.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change anything material — pricing, subscription terms, liability caps, termination rights — we email every active venue owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. The “updated” date at the top moves when that happens.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: legal@getyuvo.com. We respond within 5 business days.
